2 Characteristics of Good Parents

       Every parent plays an important role in a family because parents have big responsibility and attachment toward their children. It is true that the parents’ attitude will determine the attitude of their children. Therefore, in order to be a good model for their children, parents must have good characteristics such as good organizer, good listener, and not too protective.

       Firstly,  parents have to be good manager in home. It means that good manage in every home necessity and good manager of their children. Parents have to manage all of their children necessity in their children’s characteristics building and guide the children during their growth.

       Secondly,  being a good listener  to their children. Good parents always welcome in every children’s problem and always ready to listen to all sharing from their children. Sometimes children have problems in their daily life and children need someone for sharing and finding the solution of the problems. In fact, children can’t solve their
problems by themselves, they need parents to help them when they are in bad condition.

       Finally, parents should not be over protective. Owing to the fact that children do not like their parents over control and always forbid them when they want to do some activities. Sometimes parents have to believe their children, let the children develop their experiences without intervention from their parents. It is better if the parents only protect the children as long as they are safe and do not do the bad habit.

      In brief, being a good parent is not an easy task for everyone. So, it is undeniable that every parent should have good characteristics in order to be good parents for their children.
